Description:
  • Resolve difficult issues regarding customer complaints and other issues.
  • Works with all other employee & managers within the company such as sales,operations, traffice and credit.
  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Provide support to various departments.
Qualifications:

 

  • Billingual.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer office systems.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effectively ensures project/task delivery on time.
  • Strong team participation as well as a high levelof ability as an individual,.
  • Motivated, loyal, and able to establish an environment of mutual trust.
